German-tadjik economic forum 2015 in Duschanbe

The German-Tajik Business Forum received great attention and interest. The German delegation, headed by Prof. Dr. Rainer Lindner from the Commission on Eastern European Economic Relations had the opportunity at the highest level and with more than 100 interested Tajik companies to intensify existing partnerships and to make familiar with new possibilities of expanding bilateral economic relations. In numerous presentations of the Tajik side investment opportunities in Tajikistan were shown, such for example in the energy sector, agriculture and tourism.
The forum offered the DPU Investment GmbH another the opportunity to deepen the cooperation in the field of renewable energies and to agree new projects, since the state visit of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, in Germany with the Ministry agreed for Energy of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2011.
On the edge of the Forum two basic agreements could be finalized after intensive negotiations by DPU Investment GmbH. The Director General of JSC "Airport Dushanbe", Rustam Khalikov, signed an agreement to build a majestic legally zoned logistics center at the International Airport Dushanbe. Both sides are aware of the high responsibility for the successful implementation of the investment project consciously and want to build a new bridge to the intensification of trade and investment between the two countries with the project.
The signing of the agreement with the Director General of SUE "TAJINVEST" Zabirzoda Nekruy serves the expansion of German-Tajik economic relations and attracting German companies to invest in the Republic of Tajikistan.
The agreements are an expression of the growing confidence in a successful economic cooperation since 2011 and persuasion that the progression of German-Tajik economic relations provides new opportunities and prospects today. Thanked to the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Federal Republic of Germany S.E. Nematov M. for the going beyond his mission personal commitment.
